Position Summary:

Provides direct day-to-day care for patients and families. Practices to the fullest extent of his/her license in accordance with organizational policies. Under the direction of the Lab Manager, functions as a member of the Outpatient Laboratory Team to provide care specific to the ages and developmental needs of neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. Participates with the Lab Manager in continuous performance improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Graduate of aSchool of Nursing,Collegeor University

· Current PA RN license that is active and in good standing

· 3 years Medical/Surgical experience or other comparable nursing experience to be evaluate on an individual basis

· Previous IV Therapy, Phlebotomy, Medication Port access experience strongly preferred
