Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to patients on the medical-surgical unit.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and goals.
Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs accurately and timely.
Must-Haves:
1.)Registered Nurse in the state of Texas
2.)1 Year of Medical Surgical experience
3.)1 Year of Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
Nice-To-Haves:
1.)BLS from AHA
2.)Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification
