Able to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required
Two years of experience
Responsibilities:
Provide compassionate and competent nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Department
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Respond effectively to emergent, urgent, or unexpected events with calm and professionalism
Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet patient care needs
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues
Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain patient safety and well-being

MedSurg/Ed position:
$20,000 sign on bonus
Must commit for 2-3 years
Would be required to pay a portion or all back if termed

Position will be based primarily out of the MedSurg unit, but would require floating to the ED when required.
