We have both a Medical and Surgical ICU in our hospital who are looking for members to join their teams. Our Medical ICU is a 17 bed unit with a RN/Patient ratio of 1:
2. On this unit you will see all intensive care patients that have not undergoing surgery to include but not limited to:
Gi Bleed, renal failure, balloon pump, ETOH withdrawal, Drug Overdose, sepsis, COPD, Post Cardiac Arrest. Our Surgical ICU is a 16 bed unit with a RN/Patient ratio of 1:
2. On this unit you will see post-operative open heart, Thoracotomy, Major Vascular, Neurosurgery along with any post-surgical patient requiring ICU monitory.

Responsibilities:
Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develops, implements, and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and ongoing assessments.
Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework.
Performs therapeutic nursing interventions.
Manages care of patients.
Must haves:
1+ year of RN experience, previous ICU experience will be given preference
Nursing Degree (BSN preferred)
Idaho RN license
