Provide nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy to adult andpediatric clients
Maintain thorough, accurate,and timely documentation of client care
Coordinate care with otherproviders/ treatment team
Perform relevant administrative tasks
Create and maintain professional relationships with other providers to ensure an excellent reputation in the community and online
The position is remote/ work from home
