Search Is Over LLC is hiring Registered Behavior Therapists for a growing client.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Participate in regular training and professional development
Qualifications:
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Open to those who have completed 40-hour course but require supervision)
Experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disorders is preferred.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
