As the person in this role, your responsibilities will include reaching sales targets, advertising our products, and building and maintaining connections with customers. Responsibilities:
- Foster enduring connections with both current and potential customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to explain the merits of our offerings.
- Identify fresh sales prospects and actively pursue appointment opportunities.
- Consistently surpass predefined sales objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective market expansion strategies.
- Attend and complete a company-conducted sales training program.
- Offer regular insights to management regarding market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Prior sales experience, preferably within the outdoors equipment domain or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal proficiencies.
- Robust negotiation and closing abilities.
- Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Inherent drive and ambition to achieve targets.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Possession of a valid driver's license &
vehicle insurance, and willingness to travel as needed.
- Successful completion of background checks.
- Commitment to attend and complete a scheduled 2 ½ day sales training program, graduating thereafter.
- Dedication to running at least 2-3 scheduled appointments daily.
- Availability to work full-time, including at least 6 days a week and running scheduled appointments.
- Commitment to conduct all scheduled appointments, including a 90-minute product pitch presentation.
- Ability to close approximately 40%-50% of scheduled appointments.
- Willingness to travel within the Durham, NCor surroundingareas to meet with customers and close requested deals.

Salary:
Up to $700+ weekly, plus commission.
