Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our expansion in Texas and the Midwest. This is a high-impact role with travel requirements of 60-80%, covering states within the Central US/Canada, including but not limited to IL, MO, WI, MN, MI, IN, IA, TX, OK, and Ontario, Canada. Your primary targets will include gate manufacturers, fabricators, architects, distribution partners and educational institutions. You love meeting new customers and solving their problems together.
Key Responsibilities
Prospecting &
Outreach:
Actively seek out new customers and engage key decision-makers.
Market Education:
Conduct presentations, training, and field visits to educate local markets and increase brand awareness.
Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with top-level contacts within accounts.
Account Management:
Balance developing new business with managing existing accounts.
Product Promotion:
Stay updated on our latest products and ensure continuous communication with your customer base.
