D2B Groups is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager - Heavy Equipment to join their client's team. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the heavy equipment and lift market. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
Responsibilities include:
Managing and leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, including construction companies, contractors, and rental companies
Identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to capture market share
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
Providing sales forecasts and reports to the senior management team

Requirements
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment, including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
Strong business acumen and understanding of the heavy equipment market
Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
