Job Description
The Regional Property Manager will assist in the development and monitoring of company policies and procedures related to property management;
responsible for recruitment, training, development, and supervision of property level staff, and shares responsibility for maintaining the physical and financial performance of assigned properties. This position also includes assisting Senior Regional Property Manager and other supervisors with special projects as needed. Individual must possess knowledge and experience with new construction/lease up management as well as previous multisite management.
REGIONAL TRAVEL IS REQUIRED.
MULTI-SITE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING MULTIPLE PROPERTY MANAGERS.
Relocation is not provided.
