About the Role:
The Regional Human Resources Manager is a critical on-site role based in Yountville, California, primarily serving the West Coast properties under Chef Keller umbrella. This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources in Napa, California. It is tailored for a career-driven HR professional eager to expand their expertise and influence within a highly regarded, chef-driven restaurant group.
Candidates who are enthusiastic about fine dining, exhibit a 'can-do' attitude, and display confidence, attention to detail and patience when handling diverse HR challenges will find this role rewarding.
Desired Qualifications:
We are seeking a resilient, highly organized individual with a robust background in human resources management within the hospitality industry, preferably in settings that demand a high level of culinary excellence. The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of 3 years experience in human resources management, demonstrating a capacity for handling complex HR issues and fostering a positive work culture.
Proficiency in HRIS technologies, particularly ADP Workforce Now, to manage and optimize HR processes efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining effective relationships with staff and management to cultivate a collaborative work environment.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, essential for managing multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines, while always ensuring a superb attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage sensitive HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and compensation claims. Familiarity with visa processes is a plus.
Excellent time management abilities, with a natural talent for working under pressure in a dynamic setting.
Dedication to professional growth and mentorship, reflecting the companys commitment to training and career development for its employees.
Willingness to engage in regional travel to various locations, to ensure consistent HR support across establishments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and adeptness with virtual communication tools for effective coordination across time zones.
