Position Purpose:
Responsible for safely transporting hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
Ensures compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections of vehicle and/or trailer.
Review shipment records and manifests for accuracy.
Ensure compliance with DOT requirements and regulations.
Consult with customers regarding load conditions and paperwork.
Notify supervisor of any violations or accidents.
Assist in loading/unloading materials at designated sites.
Responsible for housekeeping duties.
Other assigned duties.
