Be part of a dynamic and growing company as a Regional Director for our client, a leading automotive dealership group. As a Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in overseeing multiple dealership locations, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple dealership locations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market share.
Provide guidance and support to dealership General Managers, ensuring they have the resources and tools needed to succeed.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
Collaborate with various departments, including sales, finance, and marketing, to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee the implementation and compliance of company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration between dealership locations and the corporate office.
Foster a positive and engaging work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a leadership role within the automotive industry, preferably as a Regional Manager or Director.
Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Sound business acumen and financial management skills.
Proficient in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of dealership operations and industry trends.
Ability to travel to different dealership locations as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
