Responsibilities
Lead and develop regional branding and customer experience strategy guiding territories' priorities and aligning processes between territories when applicable.
Implementation and optimization of regional customer events by managing concerned budget.
As needed, develops relevant strategic marketing content and works with territory teams to leverage it across territories, ensuring that all marketing and branding efforts are in compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Leads prioritization of customer marketing-related strategy, processes, and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool – consulting related subject-matter experts.
