Job Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator will support the recruitment team in all aspects of the hiring process. This role involves coordinating and facilitating the recruitment activities to ensure a seamless and efficient process for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and other networking opportunities.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and preparing offer letters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma;
Associate's,Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
Previous 3 years of minimum ofexperience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
