- Generateahighvolumeandhigh-qualitypipelineofcandidatesformultiplerequisitions under tight timelines and shifting priorities
- Implementandmanagecreativerecruitingstrategiestosourcepassiveandactivecandidates.
- Reviewallresumesandsetupprescreencallswithpotentialcandidates.
- Efficientlybalanceandmanageonlinerecruitmentsitejoblistings.
- Facilitate and coordinate the interview process from initial contact to proactive sourcing,prescreen,buildlong-lastingrelationships,andensureastellarcandidateexperience
- Assistwiththedevelopmentandrevisionofspecificationsandjobdescriptionsfor selected positions;
post job descriptions and manage job boards
- Administertherejectionandapprovalprocess,theofferletter,andrelatedactivities
·Guidingtherequisitionwithhiringmanagersfromprescreening,first+second interview, to signed offer.
- CoordinatingandassistingwithOpenCalls.

PositionQualificationsinclude:
- MUST HAVE HOSPITALITY EXPERIENCE - 2-3yearsasarecruiterinindustriessuchashospitality,lifestyle,design,arts+culture, and fashion will make for quick success in the role and is therefore preferred
- Familiaritywithavarietyofrecruitmenttools,namelyWorkable(ATS)
- Savvy interview skills backed by the keen ability to parse out important and relevant detailswhenscreening/interviewingcandidates-youknowhowtotellanobjectiveand compelling candidate and employer story
- A passion for people, culture, process improvement, and helping people get the most outoftheirworkexperience-yougenuinelyloveconnectingandbuildingrelationships with candidates and teams
- Comfortinafast-paced,thinkonyourfeetenvironment-youcanmodeswitchand juggle multiple projects and multiple deadlines with ease
- Aninterestinhospitality,designand/orcreativeindustriesisencouraged.

- Anessentialpartofthejobisbeingavailableonaflexiblescheduleandbeingwillingto work outside “office hours”. For example, nights, weekends (as needed and when applicable). This may or may not be required on a regular basis but is mandatory when needed.

The base pay range for this position is a salary range of $30.00 - $35.00 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
