Duties/Responsibilities
Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans &
results
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
Screen resumes and job applications
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
Interview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)
Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys
Train and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
Host and participate in job fairs
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
Required Skills/Responsibilities
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Proven ability to manage the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
Experience with various interview formats, including phone screening calls, in-person interviews, and group interviews
Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and being able to identify transferable skills
Knowledge of resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Solid organizational and time-management abilities
GSuite experience preferred
Capable &
eager to learn new programs fast and get them implemented and in play quickly
Be creative and take on full autonomy of position with a transparent and accountable attitude &
approach
Email, text, and phone etiquette &
understanding of the importance of the human touch &
element
Education/Certifications/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent, an Associates is preferred, but not required.
At least 2 years related experience &
/or 4 years working in this industry
Must have a valid Washington State Driver License
Must have current vehicle insurance
Must be able to pass a background check (some things negotiable)
