KeystoneCare is a charitable nonprofit organization that provides a full continuum of in-home healthcare services. For nearly 30 years, we have been dedicated to improving the quality of life for our patients and their families, offering services such as home health, palliative medicine, hospice, and private duty homecare.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial candidate inquiry to onboarding. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create compelling job postings, source qualified candidates using various channels, conduct interviews, and facilitate the hiring process.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
Create and post engaging job ads that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
Utilize various recruitment channels, including online platforms, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates
Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Coordinate and schedule interviews, follow up with candidates, and provide timely updates to hiring managers
Facilitate the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies during the hiring process
Coordinate background checks and medical clearances
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed
Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with hiring managers
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
Annual Influenza vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
