Job Description
Pay range:
$70,375 to $87,975 per year.
*This position will be based in Livingston, CA*
The Recruiter III will attract, hire, develop, and retain talented Team Members. This role is critical in executing our key HR strategy and initiatives, providing available and responsive internal TEAM member support, while driving HR functional excellence and process improvements.
Essential Functions:
Source and recruit Top Talent who align with the Company's cultural pillars.
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience by responding to candidate inquiries, providing timely feedback, and ensuring all communication is clear and accurate.
Manage full cycle recruiting on a variety of positions across the organization, including partnering with hiring managers to learn job requirements, sourcing, generating passive candidates, interviewing, scheduling, and preparing offer letters.
Take ownership of candidate experience and onboarding, designing, and managing job descriptions, postings, and position requirements.
Consultant to hiring managers to develop an effective sourcing strategy to attract and hire a diverse pool of talent, providing consultancy and advising on strategy.
Create a robust recruiting strategy to build a constant talent pipeline.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with key leaders to understand department key initiatives, evaluate talent needs and solutions for constantly evolving our recruiting practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement via measurement tools, scorecards, KPIs, and recruiting data.
Assist with recruitment initiatives and lead projects.
Stay current with hiring environments both internal and external.
Partner with corporate communications/HR to develop &
manage employer branding, social media strategy/recruitment materials.
Demonstrate an agile mindset by embracing new technologies in the end-to-end recruiting process to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines, accurately assess candidates, increase the effectiveness of services while improving the candidate experience, driving increased quality of hire, decreasing time to fill, enabling process excellence in recruiting and fostering a talent advisor mindset with the Team and HR business partners.
