Job Description
- Performs routine clerical duties including typing correspondence, records, and reports;
maintaining student scheduling records, answering telephone and processing mail, must be proficient with data entry and Microsoft Office
- Copies data and compiles records and reports
- Operates office machines such as typewriter, adding, calculating, fax and duplicating machines
- Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail
- Files documents and maintains filing system
- Posts information to records
- Answers telephone and answers questions concerning the organization or department, or refers persons to another source of information
- May be required to relieve Receptionist and other staff
- Follows all guidelines, policies, and procedures set forth by theDepartment of Labor and the organization
- Other duties as assigned
