ResponsibilitiesWe're seeking a Receptionist to join our team.As a Receptionist you will:
+ Consistently offer the highest level of personalized member customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, and helpful attitude+ Greet and welcome new fitness center members, assist with membership enrollment and front desk operations+ Offer prospective member tours+ Assist with membership sales+ Coordinate with Manager to ensure accurate payroll+ Assist and provide information for financial tracking reports+ Assist and maintain accurate tracking of locker and towel service program and inventory items+ Assist with accurate fitness center membership reports and complete monthly membership audits+ Respond to Member’s concerns, suggestions, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner.+ Assist with keeping the fitness centers well stocked and clean+ Other duties as neededThe Ideal Candidate will have:
