We are currently hiring for the position of Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and employees.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Provide accurate information about the company and its services
- Receive and sort mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
