Open and Close office Mon-Fri 8:
00 am -5:
Receive and transfer inbound calls.
Assist in administrative project related database entry
Take inventory of office supplies and placing office supply orders.
Assist in receiving of packages:
UPS, FedEx, etc.
Assist in shipping of packages, drawings, deliverables, and other documents.
Maintain a clean and orderly office, which includes light cleaning of shared spaces like the reception area, conference room and break room.
Use Microsoft Word to create and edit quality professional documents using advanced formatting tools.
Assist with the planning and coordinating of company events.
Costco and supply runs;
restocking kitchen and supplies.
Perform receptionist duties andother administrative duties as assigned.
