Job Description
Become a vital member of our team as a Receiving Clerk, responsible for receiving and coordinating all hotel products. The Receiving Clerk ensures that all hotel product specifications are not only met but exceeded.
Oversee the efficient receiving and coordination of all hotel products, including but not limited to food, beverage, and general supplies.
Ensure that all received products adhere to the specified hotel product standards, and take corrective measures if any discrepancies are identified.
Generate daily receiving sheets for food, beverage, and general products, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all incoming items.
Collaborate with various departments to communicate any changes or issues related to received products, fostering a seamless flow of information.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors to facilitate effective communication and resolve any delivery-related concerns.
Assist in maintaining organized and efficient inventory storage, implementing best practices to optimize space and minimize waste.
Adhere to all relevant safety, health, and sanitation guidelines while handling and storing products.
