Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable real estate solutions
Conduct market analysis to determine property values
Utilize various marketing techniques to promote properties to potential buyers
Coordinate and attend open houses, showings, and other property-related events
Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Positive and friendly demeanor
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills, including MS Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
