Responsibilities:
The consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhoo
Desired Traits:
Currently Licensed as a real estate agent in South Carolina
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Technology-driven
Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Organized and manages time effectively
Past sales experience is preferred
