Responsibilities
Build relationships with sellers and buyers, understanding their needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions
Act as a consultant, providing guidance and supporting clients through the marketing and purchasing process
Conduct comparative market analysis to accurately estimate property values
Promote listings through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Effectively communicate market conditions, pricing, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to clients
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Friendly and approachable, with outstanding people skills
Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and problem-solving
Trustworthy and results-driven, with a strong track record of sales
Ability to work independently and effectively, while also being a team player
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
