Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers throughout the marketing and purchasing process
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers
Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practices
Showcase and present properties to prospective buyers
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and sales
Strong communication and listening skills
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to work independently while fostering positive relationships
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
