Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with clients and provide guidance in marketing and purchasing property
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
Promote properties through various marketing channels and techniques
Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract favorable offers
Stay updated on market trends and best practices
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be 18 years or older
