Responsibilities
Build relationships with sellers and buyers, and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and under the best terms
Evaluate clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
Promote sales through various marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on creating win-win situations
Proven track record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets
