Responsibilities:
Build relationships with clients and understand their needs and preferences
Market and promote properties for sale through various channels
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations and contract signing
Stay updated on real estate market trends and best practices
Coordinate with other professionals, such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers, as needed
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using MS Office and other real estate software
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
Must be at least 18 years old
