Responsibilities
Provide friendly guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property under the best terms
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions
Promote sales through creative advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Foster positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Demonstrated aptitude in negotiation and the ability to build rapport with clients
Driven by results and committed to providing trustworthy service
Proven track record of sales success in the real estate industry
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be at least 18 years old
