Responsibilities
Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price and under the best terms
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose appropriate solutions
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Use various marketing techniques to promote properties and attract potential buyers
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in real estate
Requirements

Proven track record of successful sales
Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
Friendly and trustworthy demeanor
Familiarity with MS Office
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must be 18 years or older
