Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms.
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions.
Effectively market and display real estate listings to attract potential buyers.
Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract favorable offers.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices in order to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Demonstrated outstanding people skills and an aptitude for negotiation.
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with others.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
