As a Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in connecting sellers and buyers, marketing listings, and providing guidance throughout the buying and selling process. Responsibilities
Evaluate and determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
Showcase and promote real estate properties to potential buyers
Assist sellers in effectively marketing their properties to attract favorable offers
Stay up-to-date with market trends and best practices
Requirements

Exceptional people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Demonstrated ability in negotiation and effective communication
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Trustworthy and results-driven
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
