We are currently hiring for a Real Estate Agent to join our friendly team in Bellingham-Fairhaven. In this role, you will serve as an intermediary between sellers and buyers, providing guidance and assistance throughout the marketing and purchasing process. Responsibilities
Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Display and market real property to potential buyers
Prepare and complete necessary paperwork
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Requirements
Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
Proven track record of successful sales
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and excellent interpersonal skills
Pleasant and friendly demeanor
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
