Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Showcase and promote real estate listings to potential buyers
Use a variety of marketing techniques to advertise properties
Requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record of successful sales in real estate
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older
