Job Description
Employee Responsibilities:
Testing including pH, Conductivity, Total Organic Carbon, and Appearance
Receiving, handling, and disposing of samples
Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
Accurately records test results and reports any quality anomalies
Maintains laboratory supplies and performs laboratory housekeeping as assigned
Ensures superlative customer service to clients
Participates in required training activities
Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements
Leadership Responsibilities:
Monitors and coaches through the day-to-day operations of direct reports
Coordinatescheduling of work/training
Performs administrative tasks related to team member growth and development
May be responsible for maintaining multiple projects
Participates in overtime, weekend, and vacation testing when needed
