Your future role
Provide quality assurance and quality control
Prepare samples for the quality control process
Participate in various training and continuous improvement projects
Review quality findings and validate the conformity of production
Contribute insights and actively participate in implementing corrective actions as necessary
Drive the enhancement of quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
Effectively manage instances involving non-compliant raw materials and product discrepancies
Assist in team member education to ensure understanding of all procedures
Visit different sites and peat moss bogs
Your future work environment
This role will be located at our Richer, Manitoba facility. This site features both office space and a production floor.
Required skills
Experience in quality control
Background in scientific and analytic roles
Experience in horticulture or agriculture – an asset
Good communication skills
Comfortable in a manufacturing environment
Team spirit
Bilingual in French and English – an asset
