Quality Representative - Hybrid

Job Description
Hybrid - onsite and remote.
This position requires on-site support. Candidates must live within commutable distance to one of our US locations:
Baltimore, Santa Clara, Plano, Irvine, Austin, Cary.
Principal Responsibilities/Duties:
Maintenance of a clearly defined and documented Quality Assurance Program meeting the requirements of ISO 17025, ISO 17065, ISO 17020 and other applicable standards.
Maintain a culture of professionalism and outstanding customer service both internal and external.
Support of programs to maintain industry certifications and registrations.
Participate in external and internal audit processes.
Informing department directors / managers of any quality deficiencies in their departments, guiding root cause analysis and verifying corrective actions
Training in execution of Quality Assurance/Quality Control functions
