job description

Develop thorough issue ticketing processes that are reproducible with a minimal number of steps, and testable for specific passing conditions.
Provide timely feedback to engineers after ticketed tasks and issues have been resolved.
Respond to internal quality issue reports, answer day-to-day technical questions, and help troubleshoot unexpected problems.
Support development teams and product managers by authoring and executing thorough test plans.
Create and maintain code to run automated tests to reduce the manual testing burden.
Record and maintain example data that helps with software testing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.
At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and/or software engineering.
Experience forming test plans, organizing test equipment and processes, and tracking defects through a ticket tracking system.
Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language (Python, C++, etc.)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong team player, possessing the willingness to seek feedback, adopt NaturalPoint best practices, and continuously learn and improve.
