Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description
The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for:
Providing administrative support to operations to assist in the assurance of high quality services
Tracking trends, developing reports and gathering information
Conducting investigations, documentingfindings and finalizingconclusions with written reports.
Implementing and assisting in corrective action plans and tracking completion and compliance.
Providingadministrative, management and programmatic support throughout the organizationin order to assist in the assurance of high quality services
Compliance, quality assurance initiatives, reporting, investigations, as well as fostering consistent and productive management practices.
The QA role is expected to travel at least once a month in the Denver- Colorado Springs area.
