Qsr Maintaiance Manager

We are seeking a qualified and experienced QSR Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) facilities. As the QSR Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment, machinery, and physical resources within the QSR are well-maintained and operating efficiently.
Responsibilities include conducting regular inspections, developing maintenance procedures, coordinating repairs and installations, managing inventory, controlling the maintenance budget, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with contractors and service providers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a solid understanding of QSR maintenance best practices, as well as knowledge of technical aspects such as plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are essential.
Requirements
Proven experience as a QSR Maintenance Manager or similar role
Knowledge of QSR maintenance best practices
Ability to coordinate and manage maintenance operations
Good understanding of technical aspects related to plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment maintenance
Experience in managing budgets and controlling expenses
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance procedures
