Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchasing activities to align with production targets and ensure a steady supply of raw materials.
Provide rolling forecasts to suppliers and track price variations based on contractual indices.
Maintain optimal stock levels in collaboration with plant managers to minimize disruptions and manage inventory efficiently.
Lead initiatives for supplier relationship management, including contract reviews and negotiating favorable terms.
Engage with internal stakeholders across all levels to align procurement activities with broader company strategies.
Conduct market assessments, manage requests for proposals, and perform risk evaluations to support strategic procurement decisions.
