Job Description
What you will do in this role:
The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Coordinator (PRSC)provides group and individual psychiatric rehabilitative and case management services to adults with a history of multiple psychiatric hospitalizations and in need of long-term care stabilization. You will participate with the interdisciplinary teams in developing and implementing therapeutic services and interventions.
