ISN is seeking a Property Preservation and Inspection Services (PPIS) Manager who will be responsible for single family homes (1-4 units) Pre-Foreclosure and REO properties as it relates to property preservation, inspections, vendors, etc. The complete details of this job include but are not limited to:
- Oversight of PPIS Specialists to include training, production, updating system of record with daily information obtained, assessment of work product, and issuance of work orders for services.
- Close interaction with PPIS Specialists to ensure highest quality vendors selected for work assignments is based on previous work quality and vendor scorecards.
- Work closely with Specialists and Management staff to resolve escalated issues or concerns.
- Compiling client and management required reporting.
- Coordinate on behalf of the vendor with our accounting department to ensure vendor invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Interact with vendors to ensure overall cost efficiency while maintaining the properties in marketable condition.
- Oversee assignment of recurring and one-time work orders to inspectors and property preservation vendors.
- Review vendor bids for necessary repairs to ensure the job is completed properly and to client specifications at a fair price.
- Dispatch vendors in case of emergency situations at properties. Ensure timely completion of seasonal services (winterization, lawn care, pool care) to preserve asset value and adhere to local regulations.
