We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Property Manager to join our team. As the Residential Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the resident experience and driving operational success.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day property operations.
Develop and implement effective leasing strategies to maintain optimal occupancy levels.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with leasing policies, procedures, and fair housing regulations.
Foster positive resident relations through exceptional customer service and timely response to inquiries and concerns.
Manage lease renewals, rent collection, and delinquency resolution processes.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and performance metrics.
Stay informed about local market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property management.
Thorough understanding of leasing principles, fair housing laws, and property maintenance practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and development.
