Position Overview:

What We Are Looking For:
Join our team as a Property Manager overseeing short-term and mid-term rental properties. Your role is crucial in ensuring seamless guest experiences and optimal property performance. We're seeking someone with strong organizational skills, remote management expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or related field.
Excellent organizational and communication skills for remote coordination.
Proficiency with rental management platforms and property management software.
Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction and property standards.
Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
Knowledge of local rental regulations is preferred.

What You'll Do:
Manage short-term rental properties to meet cleanliness and maintenance standards, coordinating with local teams.
Act as the main contact for guests, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns, and providing remote support.
Maintain communication with property owners for performance updates, responding promptly to inquiries, and offering optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with displaced homeowners for seamless relocations and accommodations.
Prepare mid-term leases for direct bookings, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Maintain property listings on rental platforms to maximize bookings and revenue, and monitor guest reviews for satisfaction improvement.
Develop processes for property cleanliness and maintenance standards, monitoring property conditions remotely for timely action.
Coordinate with local vendors for timely services and manage contracts efficiently.
Provide remote assistance for smooth guest experiences from booking to check-out.
Track property metrics and generate performance reports for improvement opportunities, staying updated on local regulations for compliance and risk mitigation.
Work closely with remote and local teams for efficient operations and performance, continuously evaluating processes for efficiency enhancements and automation opportunities.
