JOB SUMMARY
SoLa Impact is actively seeking a highly motivated Property Management Intern to serve as a Coordinator within the Property Management team. In this internship role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations, gaining practical experience in property management, and contributing to the overall success of SoLa's impactful initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist the Property Management team in coordinating day-to-day operations for various properties
Support the preparation of reports, documentation, and communication materials
Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate and up-to-date property records
Assist in organizing and coordinating property-related events and programs
Liaise with tenants, vendors, and property owners to address inquiries and concerns
Participate in property inspections and assist in identifying maintenance needs
Aid in the leasing process, including conducting property showings and processing applications
Maintain and update key performance indicators for Property Management
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Business Administration, Real Estate, or related degree program
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office;
familiarity with property management software is a plus
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to tasks
Knowledge of property management principles and practices is preferred
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential property-related information with discretion
