We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a Property Inspector, blending the roles of traditional property inspection and hands-on maintenance evaluation, in a professional and dynamic environment.
Job Description:
This role demands a high level of flexibility, quick thinking, and the capacity to maintain organization even in demanding situations. Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed property inspections, documenting conditions and managing keys, installing lockboxes as necessary.
- Photograph and diagnose complex and priority maintenance issues, communicate with stakeholders and perform small repairs as needed.
- Conduct move-out inspections, documenting any damages and the overall condition of the property.
- Prepare detailed reports of damages and repair estimates, including scope and projected costs, to be sent to landlords for approval.
- Test keys, make key copies, and provide lock-out support.
- Update Google Drive, Propertyware, and Service Fusion with inspection notes, work orders, and other information.
- Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance such as air filter changes and light bulb replacements.
- Work closely with maintenance teams, facilitating prompt and efficient repair services.
- Maintain positive, productive relationships with contractors and tenants.
- Communicate urgent issues to the stakeholders promptly.
Qualifications:
-Preferred background in property management, maintenance, or similar areas.
-Keen eye for detail with the capacity to operate autonomously.
-Outstanding communicative abilities and adeptness in using Google Suite.
-Familiarity with general maintenance practices, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work, and insights into electrical and plumbing systems.
-Skilled in resolving issues, fostering teamwork, strategizing, and making effective decisions.
-Proficiency in using various tools, household appliances, and equipment.
-Aptitude for adapting, remaining composed in stressful situations, and cultivating constructive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing time and priorities effectively
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
